WHAT we eat and WHEN we eat is more important than many of us will admit. We’re a 24-7 society! My goal is to bring sensibility to the American diet. This means understanding that we’re not perfect and sometimes we feel that desire to eat something… that might be a little bad for us. When we dietarily punish ourselves we only do harm to the goals we wish to accomplish. We need to understand:
- Cooking is learned by example
- Cooking is not a chore
- Cooking does not have to be expensive
- Cooking can be fun
